IHDR, I'm almost sold on this company after viewing the websites of members of the BIO association but just one thing I don't understand?

Why is the government and other companies buying from Cyberkey when they are just the 'middle man' who is selling products from SQUM under a CKYS label, have I missed something? surely SQUM is the buy not CKYS?
