Been no Press Releases for 68 days and counting after most of us expected the key final foundational Rotmans acquisition building block to get put into place around the middle of February k Vulcan.
So over the approx. past 10 weeks with no fresh news flowing yet including the key Rotmans closing being inserted into place yet, the share price has been drifting towards the lower range of its 3 months sideways solidification phase at the established upper share price platform while the market awaits the onset of VYST's next sequence of fresh valuation driving catalysts.
VYST put out a couple of tweets recently suggesting that the FEC and Rotmans closings are both close, along with a new RxAir Distributor joint press release approaching...and tomorrow VYST's Q1 financial results are due.
So that's 4 near term catalysts that we know about, and there's also a multitude of other proprietary competitive advantage products all coming out of extensive R&D and moving into full-fledged commercialization too, and many of those products have been extensively tested with big names(some of the big names we know about/some of the big names we don't), so in a nutshell the gamble is simple from here....do people believe that VYST is on the verge of finally announcing their Rotmans acquisition closing as the company says they are?
Because the moment VYST does in fact announce Rotmans and everything that follows as they complete their transformation out of R&D and into full fledged commercialization, the new money that begins arriving here in the post Rotmans acquisition era as VYST embarks on its exchange up listing journey all summer long, will begin applying constantly evolving valuation metrics on each and every fresh valuation driving development/result VYST releases, and all they're going to care about is how dramatic the increase in VYST's value is becoming all summer long and beyond glty:)
