I don’t think we will need one. If they close out all these acquisitions and then the relationship with Hempistry, there will be revenue galore. Institutional investors will be coming in droves. Institutional investors like Vanguard are already investing in cannabis companies. They are still cautions because of the legalities and the FDA interpretations of the whole thing. Once the gray areas are gone they are coming full force. As for SGMD they just need a reason to invest in SGMD. Right now they look at SGMD and see potential like we do. But, when they see revenues on the books they will come.
