If executive management is embarrassed by the tactics of the Trustees,
what does say about their character? Perhaps this is a clue that
management may be leaning to Mr. Oliver as the best candidate to
replace the open Trustee position. Perhaps the executive management
sees the handwriting on the wall and believe that the two Trustees
may not have a very long future with TPL. Ultimately, I wonder if
at some point TPL will offer a vote on whether or not it should
become a C Corp.
