LAS VEGAS, April 24, 2019 -- Rimrock Gold Corp. (OTC Pink:RMRK) (the "Company"), announces that Dr. Hugo Romeu has resigned from both the Board of the Company and as Chief Operating Officer of the Companys wholly-owned subsidiary Acqua Cannabis Corp (Acqua). Dr. Romeu did not resign as a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operation, policies (including financial or accounting policies), or practices. Dr. Romeu will continue to assist Acqua on an advisory level, and we appreciate and thank him for his assistance with the initial growth of Acqua. Jordan Starkman will continue to serve as the sole director of Acqua and will continue as Acquas President.
