It's fake news.

IMO, we're not going to see restatements until BDO is ready to bring them all out at once with the year end (6-30-19).

That would bring them current, and that's basically what BDO/USAT asked of NASDAQ when they asked for the de-listing postponement to be extended until September.

It was granted. So that's when we will get it.
