according to the articles i read looks like we need 4$ to uplist

Hi Jonluc,

I think theres a bit of confusion about uplisting requirements. I think most people are not taking into account the tiers that make up the Nasdaq. The $4 shareprice is only necessary for their top 2 tiers (Nasdaq Global Select and Nasdaq Global). Their bottom tier (Nasdaq Capital Markets), has a minimum requirement closing price of $2/share as long as the company also meets a few other requirements.

Those other requirements include:

1) having an independent board of directors (which Kraig Labs announced they are developing),
2) have a 3 year opporating history (KBL has that),
3) having $2 million in net tangible assets (so assets minus liabilities). Kraig currently has about $1.2 million cash, and about $4.5 million in liabilities. So if Kraig can close their financing deal with at least $5-6 million, then they are good.
4) fully reporting
5) $2 minimum share price for 90 days

This is why I said I think Kim is closer to uplisting than people think

Here is a link to Nasdaq's guide updated January 2019.

You can scroll down to page 10 for all the requirements. Be sure to read the asterisks.

Hope this helps
