It’s a custodianship play. Court was today and granted custody of the company to David Lazar. He will bring the SoS current as soon as the order is signed by the judge. Then he will work to get all overdue filings filed and to get the Q removed. Once current and Q removed, he will have the court discharge the custodianship and the shell released to him, then sell to a private company that wants to go public cheaper than going the IPO route. I always find it funny when people don’t know what they are talking about.
