opening up HL Health, LLC
transferring any positive assets to said HL Health LLC leaving the debt on UBQU.
then declaring bankruptcy for UBQU, leaving us with nothing?

or is this possible conversion to HL Health without press releases good for present UBQU shareholders. I'm seriously curious.
