Bull Shit and it has nothing to do with short interest or failures to deliver bull shit. This is OTC not the NYSE. It's short and distort and is no concept at all it's a fact that investopedia explains perfectly well.

Shorts have to cover within 24 hours and can short by selling away and covering in the same business day.
