The stock was manipulated at the close? The stock was at $2.79 with 17 seconds left. At 2 seconds AFTER the bell, 2 trades totaling 355 shares trades at $2.68. After the bell should not be the official close?

16:00:02 $2.68 100 shares
16:00:02 $2.69 255 shares
---------------
15:59:43 $2.79 200 shares
15:59:43 $2.79 100 shares
15:59:40 $2.795 100 shares
15:59:40 $2.7899 1206 shares
15:59:33 $2.80 100 shares
15:58:30 $2.80 100 shares
15:58:31 $2.79 100 shares
15:58:30 $2.76 2000 shares

Selling dries up^
-----------
15:51:51 $2.715 100 shares
15:51:50 $2.70 100 shares

It looks like the buyer might know that if he puts the buy in right at the close, he by passes the bids? They do change at the close, many erased. This may be all legal, but it should not be? The close should have been $2.79.

This same person or company has been doing this for at least 3 months now, at least 3 times per week. Friday we has a surprise up move at the bell, which helped. I believe is Dykes could see these going below the bid, he can report it. But, they might have timed it to be at the after hours bid, but recorder in market hours. Somebody might want more cheap, or possible short seller?

In the end, sales and profit will drive the price to where it belongs, like $20 after the August 2020 CC.

Institutions start reporting their 3 month changes mid May. Not many in yet, but since April 1st, not counting Continental Grain, we are about 800,000 shares plus held by insties.
