Simple: MMs gave you the whole order at a lower price to prevent the ask at the higher price from being consumed.

They have been playing this game for 9 months.

You could “force” consumption by buying much bigger blocks, but then 3 MMs would just stack the ask in carefully coordinated triple teaming.

As I said, it would take a 100 million share day to get CELZ back to a penny. And the very next day we would be back in the .006s, maybe before 10am.
