Once he gets the right council regarding how to improve his share price this thing will fly.

LOL! I gave him all the advice he needs years ago...all SKUM BUM berge needs to do to make the share price go up is TWO things:
1) Make & sell jewelry at a profit
2) Stop Diluting

If he does those 2 things, the stock price cannot do anything but go up. But it won't happen because SKUM BUM berge is not in the jewelry business, he's in the business of selling worthless stock.

Once you understand that, everything he has ever said or done makes sense.
