I received a reply late last week from the new director's attorney. The attorney (Peder Davisson) is the one handling the merger, and he has a lot of experience doing so. He could not provide me with any timeline, but he did confirm that we do have a new business with a new management and that we will receive filing(s) and PR(s) "at the appropriate time."
