happy boy, back when? How long were you here with all of us "bashers" telling you about Frank's felony history, lawsuits and judgements against him and every company he ever touched. The info. was out there, you just chose to ignore it. Put on your big girl panties and deal with it.
How to create a dirty shell:
1. Start with a clean shell.
2. Add one convicted felon lying CEO
3. Lie about what's (not really) happening through press releases, "From the Inside" web site updates, conference calls, phone calls, etc.
4. Do a "business combination" (reverse split/merger) with an already dirty shell (ITHC)
5. Dilute the shares by regular unauthorized share increases.
6. Don't pay any bills or honor any contracts.
