Hi Rap. Nice post. I agree with almost everything you stated other than I believe it will take longer than the end of May and most likely will not be for at least 4-6 weeks from now. Most likely late summer imo. It seems as though you are one of the VERY FEW that understands the amount of work and TIME involved. Appreciate your input. Have a great day.
