There probably are projects/programs we know nothing about at pilot/local, state and federal levels. What about reimbursement issues with Medicare and Medicaid to some programs? Are marijuana laws "baked" in to the stock already? When you are well in to your third decade, the "cloud" of testing reliability becomes negligible, even when regulatory risk is always existent.

My posts are mostly useless, but thank you anyway. I've been resisting using net income for cash estimates, avoiding the most rudimentary basic analysis, but I don't know what is going on with margins. Or really anything. In conclusion, something other than price hikes are impacting business, that there are opportunities and risks as their letter states, and they should continue to pay larger dividends if capex is spent wisely.
Patents I did not consider, but can research more.
