October isn't a long time away.

considering corporate at 99.9 Million shares and 90 appears to be accounted for... the other 9 million might take a while if SH needs 5% for TORQ...

Fuzzy Math said 5% is 4.995 million shares. I am assuming, more than SH will want a piece of the pie...at that point.
