when oil is brought up from the blocks... production?
... ERHC will not be ERHC ===> some one bought them out and/or change the name.
SEO will not have ERHC ---> he sells his shares to the highest bidder
But the OIL(all caps) will still be OIL --->if all caps does not stand for something else... production will go on?

so now everyone knows there will be production size oil blocks... ERHC and SEO's shares are on sale to the highest bidder until that time.
