His options are exercisable at $1.50 so it's only a paycheque for him if the share price rises by 28%. Dr. Randall Purves must anticipate the share price hitting $1.50 and given that he knows more than we do about the inner workings of the company and their progress, that's most likely a good sign of things to come.
