Exactly. Delgado's other two tickers use the same model. They're all without revenue and have heavy debt.

Delgado is not revealing the O/S on his latest P&D. He can't build a business with $1k. Plus, a handful of people bought six-figure lots at the bottom two weeks before any public announcement. With a low-float, they cash in at high points which dumps the price and screws anyone naive enough to buy on his fluff news (with lies like products will be on shelves at the end of April 2019).

People ought to be more observant, read his filings and ask questions.
