Bill told me update in next 2 weeks. That was over 3 weeks ago. Puerto Rico was supposed to be mid to late March, we are mid May and nothing. This is exactly why the sp is struggling. I just want them to address it and start executing on their plan. If I have to guess the company or insiders are loading dirt cheap leading up to the subsequent news dump. Fine by me, but only positive financials will buoy the sp and sustain it imo
