Eddie probably figures that same RS on sister FRAUD TDEY worked out so well that it would do the same on PRPM. With a MASSIVE split like that Eddie and his cronies don't need to carpet bomb it back to 0.0001.

Like on TDEY a share price of 30 cents is enough to WIPE OUT all bagholders of that FRAUD. Their shares (now own 20 shares per million) aren't worth what the commission would come to when they sell.
