There is no way of knowing until the company says it is.

Taken from what is known is that they are not running.

Their last PR dated 3/20/2019 said an unknown number of machines are racked and ready to go. What they still have not said is whether they have turned them on which would depend on whether or not they have signed a definitive agreement with the power supplier. From the same PR there was only a LOI.

Bottom line. Only insiders know and they are not talking.

Q1 results are due in the next couple of weeks. I think on Friday May 24 so the investing public should know at they time.
