Yeah, gives a whole new meaning to the term "$hit paper".....lol.
From the little DD I've done thus far, it's unlikely that the elephant dung paper business ever intended to actually go public, it was always just going to be a vehicle for an RM. I've seen a bunch of silly businesses in S1 filings, I remember one a few years ago was just a guy with a hot dog cart...lol. Another shell company I followed, their only business was a little plastic urinal, for training kids how to take a leak in one. Do you really need specialized training for using a urinal....???lol.
Elephant dung paper definitely ranks up there in one of the oddest I've seen though.
