I recieved same email after 2 email replies requesting status of my April 10th order. I've been so busy I forgot about my order. Below is one reply asking why no one answer their phones and what was status of name / symbol change:

We have been swamped with calls so that is the reason why. I will send this over to our management team as this is not under my purview

We just want you to know that from Mondays to Sundays, you can get Live Customer Support from 7:30 am to 2:00 am EST.

I am here everyday from 4:30 pm to 2:00 am EST, seven days a week from Monday to Sunday.
