Who’s to blame for GIFA Inc being in default with the state of Nevada?
Kisa, the Chairman
Yesilada (Ilksen), the CEO
OR Aul, the co-secretary/legal council?
Aul can be left out of this since he's not a company officer. As far as Kisa and Yesilada go, that will be determined soon enough. Somebody in their office was responsible for taking care of it, and obviously didn't. Once this is corrected, the person responsible will most likely be reprimanded. The thing is, none of us will ever know who it was because he'll probably be working elsewhere.
