Complaining to etrade will do nothing. They have their rules, and one of them triggered. Simple as that. It could be the missing S1 triggered it, because an S1 is a 'significant event', and they have already telegraphed it, but failed to deliver so far. Etrade is simply following their rules, and they probably get hundreds of new subscribers a week - threatening them would only make them laugh...
