Obviously they did not get any deal yet, as this huge amount of claimed "guaranteed revenues" must be mentioned, quantified and commented in the financial report. After this 10-K the only conclusion can be drawn that the "guaranteed" part of their future revenues claim was very premature and certainly not fixed and confirmed. In other words, their recent 8-K filings were deceiving at the minimum or plain blatant lies.
