I have to admit I was pretty astonished when I woke up this morning and saw the 8-K where the merger agreement was a done deal.

When I went to bed the SP was down double digits and I was expecting to wake up and see it down just as much or more.

Congrats to those that stayed the ship but honestly I still have concerns so maybe take some of those profits as they can diminish very quickly. Don't get greedy.

Although I haven't read the 8-K entirely and thoroughly I did browse through it and the concerns I still have are:

- Still hard to believe the float is 27m. Where are the other unreported shares? OS is 647m. The CEO has 445m... so that leaves approx 175m unaccounted for.... Makes a person wonder where they are.

- The AS will need to be increased from the current 2 BILLION as the merger requires 2.6 BILLION to go to Samsara shareholders. That's a hell of a lot more shares than 657m.

- Then the RS will occur. Now I understand why the need for the RS since the OS will soon be much more than 2 friggin BILLION shares!

- My final concern I can't immediately identify is the success of Samsara. Exactly how much revenue do they really have? I saw a $2m number for annual revenue but I am unsure if that is even believable. However it won't be long until the real numbers will be reported to the shareholders when they have to start filing 10-Qs.

Good luck to all and do enjoy the ride as I really do not think it will go that high or be for a very long time until it comes back down to reality.

I know one thing for sure. This ticker will not be a zip code changer..... of course it might if the zip codes will be from the parent's basement into a trailer park or perhaps from one trailer park to another. Can you say 'double-wide'?
