There were 1.6 billion shares outstanding on the date of record so, 135 million shares will be set aside for the shareholders. Now, Buzzy gets 68 million of those 135 million shares and if you remember, Buzzy said in the conference call that he will be releasing his shares back to the TA.

So here's what we know just looking at this from 30,000 feet: 500 million AS, 168 million goes to Medi Mike, 67 million to the shareholders, 68 million to Buzzy which he is going to relinquish, a few million to vgid, a few more more million to the board members, a few more million here and there and it looks an OS somewhere between 250 to 300 million shares. So, at 300 million we need to earn $3 million per year to equal $0.01 per share, times a multiple of 25 equals $0.25 PPS. Not bad, might take a year or so to get to there; I was hoping for that right out the gate but, this is not bad considering Medi Mike clearly has Nationwide plans for Patients CBD and the timing couldn't be better... Go $LOFB!
