The filed all the missing reports that's true

They applied and where issued a Grow and Processing license that's true

They are planting a test grow so far as per today's Pr that's true

They are purchasing a 200 acre farm, unless someone knows that's false it is deemed true

The farm rev is expected this year unless the crop isn't planted and based ontoday's Pr that falls in the true category

Rev is based on pounds of bio-mass approx 2400-2700 an acre, again unless crops aren't planted this falls in the true category

The bio-mass is then processed in Isolate which goes for $7-$10k a Liter, again so long as crop is planted all falls into the true category

S1 to be filed soon, a review of the up coming Q1 will determine if today's PR about increased professional costs is true. Unless a filing does not show on SEC.GOV within the next 30 days that one goes in the true category
