Rstor posted about a month back and is well and still holding. He explained it was a busy time, and I expect, like most of us, is just lurking as speculation where facts are thin is probably more harmful than good. I like zake's take. The next 45 days are very significant. It is impossible to predict the outcome of this trial, but more announcements once it is over are, it seems, likely.
