1. Depends - if share price is $25 and buyout is for $20 then sell all at $25. If share price is lower than buyout wait for buyout. Generally price will always be higher than current share price.
2. After buyout shares will disappear if it is a private company or you will own shares in the new company. Using your example say you have 1,000 shares at $30 of CVSI which is $30,000 after buyout you would own 120 shares of the new company, value still $30,000.
3. Depends on the deal.
I hope other people weigh in here these are my basic understandings of how these could play out.
Actually Mike I think if a buyout happens it happens now. In 2-3 years when we are pulling in $200-300M in annual revenue our share price should be $20+ and the cost to buy out will be too high imo.
