I didn’t say they were connected officially but Mark or Rene was the one who had the idea of Avant and I’m sure they were involved in setting up that business.

All I’m say is this may be part of a big master plan to get rid of shareholders and start over.

It explains why Mark and Rene own very few common shares and explains why they both delayed financials to the point of suspension.
