Yes they do own the rights to the patents. Mr. Macgregor and his partners took control
of Vastech a few months ago. And this is a civil complaint, not a criminal matter. I wouldn’t be surprised if there was a personal relationship with the investor listed in the complaint. I still see no reason to assume that there was an intent to defraud anyone.
