Dear god..why don't you just sell already. Clearly you are not meant to trade stocks.
Merging a business is never quick or easy. Institutional investors have their own rules and timeframes. Maybe the reason for all the pps craziness boils down to a miscalculation from accountant and a controlled conversion debt release to clear the books they thought was already done. Or maybe its insider buying to better a position for the run. Either way 4 Less took action and hired/retained a new accountant along with extending the 10k release to a manageable date to make sure the books are clean and accurate. It is what it is! We are only 5 or 6 days out. If you want out..get out! 4 Less will survive either way. They have solid audited financials with proven sales increases and quality merchandise with an excellent approval rating. That is more than most in otc land and others have run on a lot less. Just my opinion but im riding this one out..and if hits 40 I will be buying more just like everyone else on here.
