Exactly what I have been saying! Great find...

The PPS decrease has been a strategic play by the company to lower the PPS to get a good deal for the Management Buyout (MBO). Given that the PPS was $1.00+ in the fall, a "fair deal" for a MBO could be .01+ now! That is why I suspect the revenue from Q4 was missing, as well as the company going silent since April 2nd. The last we heard from them was "Shareholders are going to be happy" and "we have been working diligently behind the scenes to grow our company"

I can't wait to find out what this all means!!! I am calling on around May 15th when the Q report is due is when we will be told all!
