You might want to research a little more as the last PR has stated the following.”

The following initiatives, by a very high-powered and well-known lobbyist submitted to various well-funded government entities, at the behest of RSHN and GRPS and the payment for such related professional fees borne by RSHN and GRPS, seeking funding for SUBSIDIARIES and other COMPANIES with which one or both enjoy a strategic alliance:”

Further more, from grants Q/A
Who needs a DUNS number?
Any institution that wants to submit a grant application to the federal government. Individual researchers do not need a DUNS number if they are submitting their application through a research organization.

Seeing that RSHN is stating that they are seeking funding for Subs and other companies ,this doesn’t qualify as a Individual Researcher grant.

The money that is given to any company isn’t just handed to them without doing a thorough check of your business and it’s individuals. All tracking of money will be posted at
