My theory only, But I think its about earnings on Tuesday. Most pot stocks in the past have crashed after earnings and folks are now choosing to get out before earnings.
It is a fact that nothing spectacular is expected with TGOD Q1-19 earnings, So the present PPS is literally factoring in bad earnings.
Its a great time to buy or average down - Considering the big news recently, it will most likely shoot up the day after earnings are released.
