Yes it will rebound
as a public shell its worth something. At this level (can't go lower)it may trade like BKMP. IMO at some point it will be acquired or merged, perhaps reverse-merged, and we will see pennies again. For me, like many others who have restricted shares, its a hold until the latter happens.
