Your new numbers from the T/A today for the IBOX So please post them correctly and fully are:

Authorized : 500,000,000
Issued: 34,730,483
Restricted: 17,378,545
Float 17,351,938
Minus Sylios 624,876 shares
Minus Wayne Anderson 6,019,016 Per the Form 3 he filed.

That makes the confirmable float at 10,708,046

Now subract from there a shareholders confirmed holdings of 903,822 shares, which are mine and proved so with a screen shot of the holdings and forwarded to a fellow long making the confirmable float now at 9,804,224 shares.

Now comes all the unconfirmable numbers from the other shareholders who have sent me texts/PM etc and the 9,804,224 goes down dramatically but lets leave those numbers out because those numbers cannot be confirmed positively.

So we have a confirmed float of 9,804,224 shares!

That is what should be in the IBOX

Now I am not selling and Wayne filed a Form 3 so we know he ain't selling so the street is punching around 9,804,224 shares. We know the company is not diluting so that is the trading float. People who have sent me PM's can do their own math after that by subtracting their shares, IF, they are holding. I know what my group holds but they don't want to do screen shots so lets say they own nothing. Now we have a firm float number.

We can now go from there. Just some simple numbers all confirmed so here we go into the future with the Dream Team and their ideas. I would suspect as people pay out their randsom to TD Ameriturd, more shares will come off the restriction number and go into the float. That is fine with me. It is funny only TD Ameriturd is holding shares randsom while all the rest of the brokerages already acted on behalf of their clients and made their divy shares free trading for just a bit of paperwork. What is TD Ameriturd afraid about? Did they inherit a huge short position when they bought Scottrade? They certainly are experienced enought to do the same transactions that all the rest of the brokerages did for free to make those divy shares tradeable. Those mad at the company should really be mad at TD Ameriturd. GCAN has done everything they needed to do as evident with the rest of the brokers making the divy shares free trading. Well anger can be good if directed into the right areas and at the right people. I am suspecting those who are angry don't have enough GCAN divy shares to warrant the $655.00 pay out. Who knows.

Please update the IBOX with the correct numbers and remember, everytime a share is soldd the float gets smaller as explained much earlier. I could not agree more with the statement.

By the way did everyone see the IPO pricing for that taxi riding company? And think they lost over $1 billion last year with all that revenue and the reports say they will not make a profit for over 10 years. I like our GCAN chances much better.
