'manbearbig' Not so fast, this first has to be voted on & then approved by the house, if it does get approved, then the Health Dept. has to set up its own regulatory infrastructure from scratch, this is totally dysfunctional. The other huge problem is that regardless what Dept. oversees it, MJ will have to be tested & if they find any substance not allowed{as they did with a recent batch}, they get shut down, regardless of how the substance contaminated that batch. This is a quagmire worse than trying to climb out of a Black Hole in space.
This entire fiasco does NOT absolve GBLX from having to pay LSU $2Million of which a recent payment of $250K was made, even though GBLX has yet to see 1 thin dime, therefore, more borrowing, more selling of shares, more creative financing, while management lives high on the hog. Not being satisfied of having buried GBLX under a ton of debt that has little chance of being paid, @ some point attrition will work to undermine the entire process. GL Play it as you see it
