Yes it was a non binding LOI
Yes we have not HEARD they are running
Yes computers burn out

They admitted all this so I don’t know why you get so excited to regurgitate the uncertainty

Like Buffett says

You pay a pretty
High price for a rosy scenario.

I buy when there is uncertainty

Otherwise I wouldn’t be here

Obvi I believe standard power and Mgti are interested in the same thing- to do business.
