The scam part is selling the idea that someone who has 1.5 billion dollars would hand it over to build a huge tower that absolutely has to have lots of water to work.

News Flash....on the ideal day and the ideal TIME of day, the max power available to be converted is about 3% of what Ronnie claims. Lining up a thousand 3 kw gas generators would be more economically feasible.

Basic thermodynamics.
