Look at the TRADES under Tools in Ihub. You will see the 9.8 trade recorded TWICE. It is actually called a T-Trade that is an average (.002 in this case of some buyer, usually a market maker that does not want their action to be public ). The last trade today was .003 and should be reflected at open. Both etrade and Schwab show .002 as the last price, but it is incorrect. This happens often.
