Wolf, you are better at reading the filings than me. Don’t you see in the filings that the toxic note holder has until May 14 to sell? If that is the case, the way I read it, he will be out of ammo after May 14.

I would have suspected that he sold long ago when the PPS was higher, but he still had plenty of shares Dec 31. I would also suspect that he has been waiting on news like us and planned to sell higher, but with time dwindling down, he has no choice and is just selling what he has to at the end. Make sense?

We know the rest of the notes are in friendlier hands with much better conditions and have bleed out clauses. There is no reason to think any nice buying after the Q or big news would be squashed by this kind of selling. The toxic dude will be dead and gone.

As more doctors come on line and awareness spreads, like in Europe etc., and with the remaining notes both structure better and able to be bought back, we won’t see all the downward pressure.

Well, except the folks who swing and flip every .001. Tell me where I am wrong.
