Say VPLM wins the rehearing with a new panel, whatever. Defendants will then appeal to the courts under Alice 101 and get killed again? The courts decision over rules PTAB does it not? This is going nowhere soon. Another 2-5 years for any movement while shit is locked up in the court system. And then, you have to sue for damages and win. And then wait for defendant appeal. Then wait for a decision on that appeal. Then try and collect! YEARS AND YEARS AWAY - IF VPLM is successful. This shit will be dead before all that.
