I read where some say that International Venture Society screwed up with the revival of PCLI.

That is not the case. IVS did exactly what was expected. They had a client interested in obtaining a public company, and they went through the exact same procedures as they have many times before.

It is not up to IVS to rate the probabilities of the takeover becoming successful.

It would be wrong and unfair to compare PCLI to ANY past revival.

It is up to the new owner, supposedly Paul Knudson, to take control and expand on his future plans for PCLI.
