Larson gave decent indication that they would be able to increase bidding with the secondary offering, and that there are several upcoming projects that MVCO can now make a bid. I think the bonding increased 33% with this move. Seems like a good thing on the surface.

I like the underlying value in the stock. The RMX spinoff and ownership was a smart move, and it shows in the recent report. Not a bad closing price today, either. Maybe tomorrow I'll add a few shares.
